School of Observation
School of Observation is a research laboratory dedicated to exploring art and design through experiments in materiality and handcraft. The laboratory develops ideas, projects, and objects through collaborative and continuously evolving processes. Its independent publishing branch focuses on publications that engage with art, design, and mindfulness.
Under the co-direction of designer Amanda Haas and artist Giacomo Santiago Rogado, both branches of School of Observation are guided by an inclination to re-examine their subject matter from a considered perspective: to observe, to reimagine, and above all, to keep learning.
